Out of School Hours Care (OSHC)
OSHC operates daily from 7:30-8:45am and 3.30-6.30pm. A wide range of activities are provided including outdoor games, craft and computer with an emphasis on enjoyment. The OSHC program provides a safe and happy environment for students to be involved in before or after their school day. The service is operated by qualified personnel and has accreditation from the National Childcare Accreditation Council.

Vacation Care
Vacation Care operates for 8 weeks each year, and covers the three school term breaks during the year and is open for 2 weeks in January prior to the school year commencing. To enrol in Vacation Care please complete the OSHC Enrolment Form at the link above and forward it to Park Orchards Primary School or phone Judi on 9876-3898.

A compulsory school uniform policy has been approved by School Council, which helps the children identify with and belong to the school. Our uniform colours are green, gold and white. Clothing can be purchased from our Uniform Shop located in the Library. Representatives of the Parents’ Association run the Uniform Shop. Price lists and order forms can be collected from the Office or at the time of purchase. Purchases can by made on Monday mornings between 8.45 am and 9.15am.

This interactive program is conducted once a month in the Library. Pre school students and their parents are invited to join us for this fun session which is run as a community activity by the Principal and Early Years Coordinator.
Healthy Food Options
Our Snack Shack operates on
Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
The menu emphasis is on healthy eating and the school won an award for the most improved canteen from the School Canteen Association for its improved menu. The menu is colour coded, RED for "occasional foods", AMBER for "sometimes foods", and GREEN for "every day foods". Children can have lunch orders on those days. Lunch orders are collected in the classrooms each morning. Stay tuned for our new healthy meal deals!
